Initial meeting, walk through, and needs analysis. I will review a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), market data and trends to price your house properly. Provide in-depth review of concierge services to enhance your home value and attract buyers.

Step 2: Prepare Your Property

Advice on how to attract buyers for showing your property in the best possible light. Learn how to prepare your property for staging, professional photos, and showings.

Step 3: Review the Custom Marketing Plan

Optimize the home’s presence with potential buyers by posting on Keller Williams Listings System, local and global MLS systems, social media marketing with paid advertising, email marketing campaigns, and mass mobile marketing. Open houses, door knocking, and targeted networking for a personal connection to buyers.

Step 4: Communication

Provide the seller with weekly updates detailing marketing efforts, comments from prospective buyers and agents who have visited the home, and internet traffic from referring website pages.

Step 5: Offers

I will review all aspects of the offers. Negotiate and discuss deadlines to accept and move to next steps.

Step 6: Negotiate Repairs and Contract

The buyer will request an inspection and I will negotiate any repairs the buyer requests. Walk through the contract step by step and prepare for closing.
